Pregnancy Yoga
A safe, supportive practice designed to nurture both body and mind during pregnancy - a holistic practice building strength from within and connection with your baby. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, with modifications provided.
Postnatal Yoga
Holding space for new mothers to gently rebuild strength, improve posture, and restore balance after childbirth, while including your baby in the practice. Suitable for all postnatal stages (babies up to 12 months), with modifications as needed.
Children’s Yoga
A fun, playful introduction to yoga through movement, games, and imagination. Kids build strength, coordination, and focus while learning simple breathing and relaxation skills. Classes encourage confidence, creativity, and joy in movement. Suitable for children 3 - 11 years old.

Our offerings are available in Calstock, located in the Tamar Valley AONB between Callington and Tavistock. It is a gorgeous village to spend some time in - there are cafes, ice cream shops, galleries and pubs that serve food to make the most of while you are here. And of course beautiful walks, including to Cotehele House, and views of the river.
Most of our offerings are also available in Tavistock, at the Fire and Bliss Studio.
