Book a Chair Yoga class
A gentle, accessible way to move, stretch and relax to improve mobility, balance and wellbeing - all from the comfort of a chair. This small, friendly class provides community and support for building strength inside and out. We spend 30 minutes moving and 15 minutes practicing Pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques. There is no floor work but bring a mat if you have one.
Classes are especially suitable, but not limited to those with limited strength and mobility, for whatever reason. It can be a great way to start yoga if you are not confident with mat based practice or to get ideas for excercises you can do at the office! Small group sizes allow for individual attention in a safe space.
Wednesdays 10.15am - 11am at Calstock Village Hall. Free parking. We understand that it is not always possible to plan ahead and book - walk-ins are welcome but it helps if you can book, and you can also grab yourself a 5 or 10 class pass to save 10% or 20%, respectively.
