Book a Pregnancy Yoga class
Here you will find a supportive community, holding space for you to slow down; connect with your changing body and growing baby. We will use gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation practices to build strength, ease common discomforts, and support connection with your baby. A holistic practice building strength from within and from which to approach giving birth and the transition to parenthood.
Classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy, with consideration of different needs and necessary modifications to keep you and your baby safe and comfortable. Small group sizes allow for individual attention in a friendly and safe space.
Currently only available at the Fire and Bliss Studio, in Tavistock - Mondays 12pm - 1pm.
