Book a Postnatal Yoga class
This is a class focused on the needs of new mothers while also including baby (up to 12 months). You will find ways to enjoy bonding, learning new songs and rhymes together, and exploring ways to meet your needs whilest caring for theirs - an essential parenting skill! You will find a supportive community at this time of huge adjustment and where you can reconnect with your body postbirth. You will find time to relax, to build your core back safely, healing the pelvic floor and diastis recti, and to relieve shoulder tension that often comes with carrying and feeding.
Classes are suitable at any time after birth - we adjust to your needs to keep you safe and comfortable. Small group sizes allow for individual attention in a friendly and safe space.
Thursdays 11am - 12pm at Calstock Village Hall. Free parking. We understand that it is not always possible to plan ahead and book - walk-ins are welcome but it helps if you can book, and you can also grab yourself a 5 or 10 class pass to save 10% or 20%, respectively.
