Classes are suitable for beginners and those returning to yoga, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. Small group sizes allow for individual attention in a friendly and safe space.
Wednesdays 9am - 10am at Calstock Village Hall. Free parking. We understand that it is not always possible to plan ahead and book - walk-ins are welcome but it helps if you can book, and you can also grab yourself a 5 or 10 class pass to save 10% or 20%, respectively.
